In 1950, Sno-White Laundry & Cleaners was known as a home delivery and walk up dry-cleaning company. Soon it expanded its operations to as many as 10 storefronts in the Colorado Springs area. Specializing in the cutting edge dry-cleaning method known as Sanitone, which is still used today in many dry-cleaning operations, Sno-White Laundry & Cleaners was ahead of many of its competitors.

In 1961, Sno-White Laundry & Cleaners announced the launch of a new division to be called Sno-White Linen Service. It was to cater to the Colorado Springs area with the service of linen and industrial uniform rentals. This new rental division began to expand and the company needed new and experienced leadership. In 1965, C.H. McAllister was named Vice President and General Manager. In 1967, C.H. McAllister purchased the Sno-White Linen Service division and re-named the company to Sno-White Linen & Uniform Rental, Inc. The business grew rapidly and, C.H. McAllister asked his younger brother M.D. McAllister to join him in managing the business. The family then put forth its vision of expanding the business by offering a five star service with a family spirit. As early as the 1970's, C.H. and M.D. McAllister started acquiring additional operations in Colorado as well as New Mexico, Texas and Ohio. By the 1980's, the brothers felt the need to focus their attention solely on the growing Colorado market and decided to liquidate their out-of-state operations.

Today, three generations of the McAllister family are actively involved in the business and continue the focus on five star service and quality with a family spirit that was instituted over four decades ago.
