Customer Care Program
We don’t wait for problems to occur. We have the people and systems in place to proactively manage your account. We care that your service is the best.
We schedule an initial customer account review within the first two weeks of service to make sure everything is just right. Your sales representative, route driver and service team meet with you to review delivery schedule, products and inventory levels.
To ensure your service remains the best in the business, our service teams schedule follow on customer account reviews to assess how well we are meeting your needs.
Periodically, we conduct brief telephone surveys to assess your level of satisfaction with our service.
Controlling linen cost is more that just getting the best price. It’s about getting the correct amount of product to you on your scheduled delivery. Controlling your inventories goes a long way to controlling your linen costs. That’s why, as part of our Five Star Service, we periodically review with you your linen inventory requirements.
